Membership Terms & Conditions


Welcome to Live Fit with Sharon Feanny.

Live Fit is a wellness membership designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, cultivate balance, and support healthy aging through movement, nourishment, and mindful living.

By accessing or using the Live Fit Membership platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Membership Access

Your membership grants you access to the Live Fit digital platform, including workout videos, yoga classes, meditation and breathwork practices, wellness resources, recipes, educational content, and any additional materials included in your membership.

Your membership is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, or resold.


2. Membership Billing & Renewal

Live Fit memberships are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before your next billing date.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments using your selected payment method.


3. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period — you will not lose access early. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial months.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are billed once per year at a discounted rate in exchange for your commitment to the full year. If you cancel an annual membership before the year is complete, your access will continue for the remainder of the 12-month period you paid for, but the fee is non-refundable and unused months will not be reimbursed.

Founding Member Pricing

If you joined as a Founding Member, your founding rate is locked in for as long as your membership remains continuously active, even as pricing changes for new members joining after you. Founding pricing applies only while your membership stays active without a lapse; if a membership is cancelled and later restarted, it will rejoin at the then-current rate.

Pausing Your Membership

We understand that life happens — travel, injury, illness, or simply needing a break. Members may pause their membership for up to 60 days, up to twice per calendar year, by contacting us directly. During a pause, billing stops and access is temporarily unavailable. Founding Member pricing is preserved through a pause, provided the membership is reactivated within the approved pause window.

7-Day New Member Guarantee

If you are joining Live Fit for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original sign-up date, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per member and is not available on renewals, restarts, or subsequent billing cycles.

Failed or Missed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be completed within a reasonable grace period, access to the membership may be paused until billing is resolved.

General

All cancellations must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Membership fees are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated above.

4. Live Classes & Replays

Live classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday as scheduled within your membership. All live classes are recorded and added to the on-demand replay library, so you will never miss a class permanently due to timing or time zone.

Class schedules, formats, and instructors may be adjusted from time to time. We will do our best to provide reasonable notice of any changes to the live class schedule.

In the rare event of a platform outage or technical issue during a scheduled live class, we will reschedule or provide an alternative session, and the recording will still be made available once resolved.


5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Your health and wellbeing are your responsibility.

By participating in any exercise, yoga, strength training, meditation, breathwork, nutritional guidance, or wellness practices offered through Live Fit, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. This is particularly important for members with pre-existing conditions, recent injuries, or who are pregnant or postpartum.

You agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

  • You will consult your physician before beginning any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

  • You will stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptoms.

6. No Medical Advice

The information provided through Live Fit is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained within the membership should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or health concern.


7. Community Guidelines

Live Fit is built on kindness, encouragement, and mutual respect.

We ask all members to:

  • Treat others with respect.

  • Encourage rather than criticize.

  • Contribute positively to the community.

  • Avoid spam, self-promotion, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend membership access if these guidelines are violated.


8. Intellectual Property

All videos, classes, recordings, recipes, downloads, guides, graphics, logos, and written materials within Live Fit are the intellectual property of Sharon Feanny and Live Fit.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or used commercially without written permission.


9. Privacy & Data

We collect and store information necessary to operate your membership, including your name, contact information, and payment details, which are processed securely through our payment provider.

Any health-related information you choose to share with us (for example, in community discussions or direct messages) is used solely to support your experience within Live Fit and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell member data. For questions about how your information is used, please contact us directly.


10. Changes to Content & Membership

As Live Fit continues to grow, content, features, schedules, pricing, and membership offerings may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to update the platform and these Terms & Conditions as needed. Material changes affecting existing members will be communicated by email.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharon Feanny, Live Fit, its employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in the membership or reliance on any information provided.

We are also not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, internet disruptions, or events beyond our control.

Participation in all activities is undertaken at your own risk.
